Still alive and kicking

Ok, so I really didn't fall of the face of the planet. Things have been quite busy, especially with the new house we're building in Zebulon, NC. We *really* love the builders...Chad and Betty Ray are really nice, and the work they do is top notch. Oh yeah - all of their homes are Energy Star certified, which is IMHO the only way to go.

We've drawn up custom plans, and as you can see, construction has finally begun:




Anyway - what I'm really excited about (besides finally having enough room for a family of 5), is that I'm doing all of the low voltage wiring myself. That means I have complete control of the cable, network, security, and audio wiring...for a geek that's just plain *fun*. Stay tuned for how that goes.
